16e Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 16e services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 16e platform via the website at 16e.im or any associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 16e platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of the 16e platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 16e platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are not legally prohibited from participating in betting or online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 16e platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 16e reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents for compliance purposes. Users who provide false or misleading information may have their accounts closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 16e will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 16e platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform makes no warranties or representations regarding the legality of its use in any particular jurisdiction.
3. Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 16e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using approved local payment methods, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX internet banking. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposits are made solely for use on the 16e platform. Once funds have been credited to an account, they may not be transferred to another user or account. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring special approval.
16e reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal for investigation purposes where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. Any activity suspected of violating the law will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to change and will be reflected in the Wallet section of your account. Users are advised to check the latest information before making any transactions.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the 16e platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity. Any attempt to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's functionality is strictly forbidden and may be prosecuted under Malaysia's cybercrime laws.
The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or use the platform unfairly is prohibited. 16e reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure and balance forfeiture, against any user found to be in breach of this rule.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 16e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
The 16e platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. 16e does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
16e reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of legitimate account closure where no breach has occurred, any remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the appropriate verification process.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 16e support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 16e platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 16e or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 16e platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 16e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
16e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16e will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-account notifications or their registered email address. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted only to the extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
